Besides standard ready-made rubber conveyor belts and conveyor idler rollers, we support full customized production according to customers’ technical drawings, size samples and special harsh working conditions.

Pre-sales Service: Our professional technical engineers communicate with customers in detail, analyze on-site working conditions, recommend matched conveyor belt models and supporting idler solutions, and provide complete technical parameter sheets. Free samples of conveyor belts and rollers are available for quality verification.

Mid-sales Service: After sample confirmation, we arrange mass production. We implement full-process quality tracking for both rubber belts and idlers, and regularly send production photos and videos to customers during manufacturing. A comprehensive full inspection will be carried out before container loading to guarantee product consistency.

After-sales Service: We offer 12-month warranty for all conveyor idlers and rubber belts. If any quality problems caused by our production, we undertake full compensation and supply replacement accessories free of charge. We also provide remote technical guidance for conveyor belt installation, joint vulcanization, roller maintenance and daily equipment operation.
